By creating an account, adding funds, using our API, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use BrandsofPanel.

1. About BrandsofPanel

BrandsofPanel is an SMM panel that provides social media marketing and promotional services for users, creators, businesses, agencies, freelancers, and resellers.

Services available through our catalogue may include followers, likes, views, reactions, comments, subscribers, members, and other social media promotional services.

Service availability, pricing, delivery speed, minimum and maximum quantities, refill availability, and other conditions may vary depending on the selected service.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using BrandsofPanel, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies that apply to your use of the platform.

This includes our:

Privacy Policy
Refund Policy
Individual service descriptions
API requirements
Rules or instructions displayed within the dashboard

You should review the relevant service information before placing each order because different services may have different requirements.

3. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

BrandsofPanel does not set a separate minimum age for browsing the website. However, users who create an account, add funds, place orders, or enter into transactions must have the legal capacity required under applicable law.

Where a user does not have full legal capacity, use of the platform must take place through or with a legally authorised parent, guardian, or representative where permitted or required by applicable law.

By placing an order or adding funds, you confirm that you are legally permitted to make that transaction.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain BrandsofPanel services.

When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate account information.
Use an email address that you control.
Keep your login information secure.
Keep your account information reasonably up to date.
Take responsibility for activity performed through your account.

Each email address may be associated with one BrandsofPanel account.

Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bypass account restrictions, manipulate payments, avoid suspensions, or otherwise misuse the platform is prohibited.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your BrandsofPanel login credentials.

You should not:

Share your password with unauthorised persons.
Allow others to misuse your account.
Attempt to gain access to another user's account.
Provide false payment or account information.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact BrandsofPanel support as soon as possible.

BrandsofPanel may temporarily restrict an account when unusual, fraudulent, or potentially unauthorised activity is detected.

6. Social Media Passwords and Login Credentials

Standard BrandsofPanel services are processed using information such as public social media URLs, usernames, post links, profile links, channel links, page links, or similar public identifiers.

BrandsofPanel does not require your social media password or two-factor authentication code for ordinary public-link-based SMM orders.

Do not provide your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, or other social media login password through an ordinary order form or support request.

7. Service Information

Each service may have its own:

Price
Minimum order quantity
Maximum order quantity
Estimated start time
Estimated delivery speed
Target-link requirement
Refill status
Refill period
Cancellation availability
Other service-specific conditions

You are responsible for reading the service description before submitting an order.

Information shown for one service does not automatically apply to another service.

8. Service Availability and Changes

BrandsofPanel may:

Add new services.
Remove unavailable services.
Temporarily disable services.
Change service providers.
Adjust service descriptions.
Change minimum or maximum quantities.
Modify estimated delivery rates.
Change refill availability.

Update service prices.

These changes may be made when necessary due to provider availability, social media platform changes, technical conditions, market changes, or other operational reasons.

Where possible, orders already confirmed will be handled according to the conditions applicable when the order was placed.

9. Pricing

BrandsofPanel service prices are displayed in **United States Dollars (USD)** unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time.

A price change applies to future orders and does not normally change the amount already deducted for an order that has been successfully submitted.

You should check the current service price before confirming every order.

10. Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on BrandsofPanel is **$1 USD**, unless a particular payment method or payment provider displays a different minimum requirement.

Available payment methods and deposit requirements may change over time.

Always review the Add Funds page before making a payment.

11. Account Balance

Funds successfully added to BrandsofPanel are credited to your panel balance.

Your BrandsofPanel balance is intended to be used for purchasing services available through the platform.

Account balance:

Cannot normally be withdrawn as cash.
Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
Cannot normally be transferred outside BrandsofPanel.
Is intended for BrandsofPanel services.

Failed orders may automatically return the applicable amount to your BrandsofPanel account balance.

Any exception to these rules may be reviewed individually where required by applicable law or approved by BrandsofPanel.

12. Payment Processing

You are responsible for entering correct payment information and following the instructions provided by the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

BrandsofPanel is not responsible for delays caused solely by:

Payment processor outages
Bank processing delays
Blockchain or network delays where applicable
Incorrect payment information provided by the user
Payment verification requirements imposed by a third-party payment provider

If your payment is completed but your balance is not credited correctly, contact customer support with the relevant transaction information.

13. Order Placement

Before submitting an order, you are responsible for confirming

You selected the correct service.
The URL or username is correct.
The target matches the service requirements.
The profile, post, page, video, group, channel, or other target is publicly accessible where required.
The quantity is within the stated minimum and maximum limits.
You understand the service description.
You understand the refill status.
You understand the estimated start and delivery information.

Once an order is submitted, it may enter processing automatically.

14. Incorrect URLs or User Information

BrandsofPanel is not responsible for an order being delivered incorrectly because the user submitted:

The wrong profile URL
The wrong post URL
The wrong username
The wrong video or page
An inaccessible target
An incorrect quantity
Other incorrect ordering information

If an order has already started processing or delivery has begun, it may not be possible to redirect the order to another URL.

Orders affected by incorrect information provided by the user may not qualify for cancellation, refill, or refund.

Always check the target before submitting an order.

15. Public Account Requirement

Services that require public access can only be processed while the relevant social media account or content remains publicly accessible.

You should not make the target private, delete the target content, change necessary access settings, or otherwise prevent delivery while an order is active.

BrandsofPanel is not responsible for delivery problems caused by user changes that make the target inaccessible.

16. Estimated Start Time and Delivery Speed

Any start time, completion time, delivery rate, or delivery speed displayed on BrandsofPanel is an estimate only

It is not a guaranteed deadline.

Actual delivery may be affected by:

Order volume
Service-provider capacity
Order quantity
Social media platform updates
Platform maintenance
Technical interruptions
Target-account conditions
Other factors outside BrandsofPanel's reasonable control

An order taking longer than the estimated time does not automatically mean that the order has failed.

17. Order Cancellation

An order may be eligible for cancellation before delivery or processing has started

Once an order has started processing or delivery has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.

Where a Cancel option is available in the dashboard, you may use that option subject to the order's current status.

You may also contact support regarding an order that has not started.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered processing before the request can be acted upon.

18. Failed Orders

If an order is marked as failed and the applicable amount has not been delivered, the relevant amount will normally be returned automatically to your BrandsofPanel account balance.

The returned amount can then be used for another BrandsofPanel service.

A failed-order credit is normally returned to the panel balance rather than withdrawn as cash.

19. Incomplete Orders

An incomplete or partially delivered order does not automatically qualify for a cash refund.

If an order remains incomplete, contact BrandsofPanel customer support.

Our support team will review the order and, where the service remains eligible, work to complete the outstanding delivery.

Depending on the service status and circumstances, incomplete orders may be:

Continued
Restarted
Reprocessed
Refilled where eligible
Reviewed under the applicable refund or service policy

Do not place another order for the same target while an incomplete order is still being investigated unless support advises you to do so.

20. Refill Services

Some BrandsofPanel services include refill protection.

The refill status is displayed in the individual service description.

R30 Services

If a service is marked R30, eligible drops may be refilled within the applicable 30-day refill period.

You must submit the refill request while the refill period remains active.

NR Services

If a service is marked NR, it means No Refill.

Drops on an NR service are not covered by a refill guarantee.

Always check whether a service is R30, NR, or subject to another refill condition before ordering.

21. When Refill May Not Apply

A refill request may be refused or may become technically impossible when the delivery issue results from circumstances such as:

The refill period has expired.
The profile or account was made private.
The username was changed.
The relevant post, video, page, channel, profile, or account was deleted.
The target URL was changed or became inaccessible.
The account was suspended, restricted, or removed by the social media platform.
The user manually removed or changed the delivered content or engagement.
Another SMM provider was used simultaneously for the same target.
Multiple active orders interfered with the ability to determine which provider delivered which quantity.
The order was placed using incorrect information.
Other conditions specifically excluded in the individual service description.

Refill eligibility depends on the service purchased and the conditions stated for that service.

22. Multiple Orders for the Same Target

You should not place simultaneous orders from BrandsofPanel and another provider for the same service and target while an existing order is still active.

Doing so can make it impossible to accurately determine:

Which provider delivered a quantity
Whether an order actually dropped
The correct starting count
The correct refill quantity
The source of a delivery problem

BrandsofPanel is not responsible for delivery discrepancies, refill problems, incorrect counts, or other issues caused by simultaneous orders from multiple providers.

23. Drops and Retention

Social media engagement may change after delivery.

Followers, likes, views, members, subscribers, reactions, or other engagement may decrease because of factors outside BrandsofPanel's control, including actions taken by third-party social media platforms.

A refill is only available where the selected service specifically includes refill protection.

A No Refill service does not include protection against future drops.

BrandsofPanel does not guarantee permanent retention unless a specific service description explicitly states otherwise.

24. Third-Party Social Media Platforms

BrandsofPanel provides services involving third-party platforms such as social media websites and applications.

BrandsofPanel is not the owner or operator of those social media platforms and does not control:

Their algorithms
Their moderation decisions
Their policies
Their technical systems
Their account restrictions
Their platform updates
Their removal of engagement or content

BrandsofPanel is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with the social media platforms referenced in our service catalogue unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All third-party trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

25. Your Responsibility for Platform Rules

You are responsible for reviewing the terms, policies, community guidelines, and other rules that apply to the social media platforms you use.

You are also responsible for deciding whether a particular BrandsofPanel service is appropriate for your account, business, campaign, or intended use.

BrandsofPanel cannot guarantee that using a particular promotional service will comply with every rule or future policy of every third-party platform.

26. No Guarantee of Business or Organic Results

BrandsofPanel provides the specific service ordered according to the applicable service description.

We do not guarantee that purchasing a service will result in:

Increased sales
Increased revenue
Monetisation approval
Improved search ranking
Viral content
Organic follower growth
Brand partnerships
Increased conversion rates
Algorithmic recommendations
Verification
Any other specific commercial outcome

SMM services should not be treated as a substitute for content quality, advertising strategy, customer service, or organic marketing.

27. API Use

BrandsofPanel provides API access for eligible users and resellers.

API users may use the API to connect BrandsofPanel services with their own systems or SMM panels.

When using the API, you agree to:

Keep your API credentials secure.
Use the API only for authorised purposes.
Submit accurate service, quantity, and target information.
Avoid requests designed to overload or disrupt the platform.
Follow any API limits or technical requirements displayed by BrandsofPanel.
Take responsibility for orders submitted using your API credentials.

Orders submitted through the API are generally subject to the same service, refill, cancellation, payment, and delivery conditions as dashboard orders.

28. Reseller Use

BrandsofPanel allows users to purchase eligible services for resale to their own customers.

If you operate as a reseller:

You are responsible for your own customers.
You determine your own retail pricing.
You are responsible for the promises you make to your customers.
You should not promise delivery conditions that are different from BrandsofPanel's service description.
You are responsible for your own refund and support arrangements with your customers.
You must not falsely claim that BrandsofPanel directly guarantees commitments that you independently made.

BrandsofPanel's agreement is with the registered BrandsofPanel account holder, not automatically with that account holder's end customers.

29. Prohibited Use

You may not use BrandsofPanel to:

Commit fraud.
Use stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
Manipulate account balances.
Abuse promotional offers.
Intentionally submit false payment information.
Gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
Attempt to hack or interfere with the platform.
Reverse engineer protected parts of the platform without authorisation.
Scrape or overload the platform through unauthorised automated methods.
Circumvent an account suspension or ban.
Use the service for unlawful harassment, abuse, fraud, or other illegal activities.
Impersonate BrandsofPanel staff.
Misrepresent your relationship with BrandsofPanel.
Abuse customer-support staff.
Use BrandsofPanel in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

Serious violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

30. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment or balance credit is incorrect, contact BrandsofPanel support before initiating a payment dispute where reasonably possible.

We will review legitimate payment concerns.

BrandsofPanel may temporarily suspend an account when a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute is filed while the matter is being investigated.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false payment claims, or disputes involving services already delivered as ordered may result in:

Account restriction
Suspension
Permanent account termination
Cancellation of pending orders
Review of the remaining account balance
Other reasonable action permitted by applicable law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any non-waivable dispute or consumer right you may have under applicable law.

31. Account Suspension and Termination

BrandsofPanel may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of:

Fraud
Payment manipulation
Unauthorised payment methods
Fraudulent chargebacks
Abuse of the platform
Security concerns
Illegal activity
Multiple-account abuse
API misuse
Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
Attempts to bypass a previous suspension
Conduct that creates a material risk to BrandsofPanel, its users, or its service infrastructure

In serious cases, suspension or termination may occur without prior notice.

32. Remaining Balance After Account Termination

If an account is permanently terminated because of fraud, chargeback abuse, platform abuse, or another serious violation of these Terms, the remaining account balance is generally non-refundable.

However, BrandsofPanel may review individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in this section overrides any refund, payment, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

33. Voluntary Account Closure

You may contact BrandsofPanel to request closure of your account.

Before requesting closure, you should use any legitimate remaining account balance because balance is intended for BrandsofPanel services and is not normally withdrawable as cash.

Account closure and associated personal-data requests are also subject to our Privacy Policy and any record-retention obligations that may apply.

34. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, BrandsofPanel's:

Brand name
Logo
Website content
Original graphics
Written materials
Dashboard design
Software
Service organisation
Documentation

are owned by BrandsofPanel or used with appropriate rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, impersonate, distribute, or commercially exploit protected BrandsofPanel materials without permission where such permission is legally required.

Third-party social media logos, trademarks, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

35. Privacy

Your use of BrandsofPanel is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, processed, stored, and shared when you:

Register an account
Place an order
Add funds
Use the API

36. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to BrandsofPanel, but we do not guarantee that the website, API, dashboard, payment systems, or every individual service will be available without interruption.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

Provider outages
Social media platform changes
Network failures
Security incidents
Payment provider outages
Infrastructure problems
Events outside our reasonable control

We may temporarily suspend a service when necessary to protect users or maintain platform stability.

37. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrandsofPanel services are provided on an "as available" basis and according to the individual service descriptions displayed on the platform.

Uninterrupted platform availability
Exact start times
Exact completion times
Permanent retention unless expressly stated
A specific business result
Future compatibility with social media platform algorithms
That a third-party social platform will never restrict or change an account

Any specific refill or service guarantee applies only where explicitly stated in the relevant service description.

38. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrandsofPanel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

This may include losses relating to:

Business opportunities
Revenue
Expected profits
Customers
Reputation
Organic reach
Social media performance
Third-party platform action

Where BrandsofPanel is legally responsible for a specific service problem, any limitation of liability will remain subject to applicable mandatory consumer and other legal protections.

39. Third-Party Platform Actions

BrandsofPanel cannot control decisions made by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, or other independent platforms.

We therefore cannot guarantee protection from:

Content removal
Account restrictions
Account suspension
Reduced organic reach
Algorithm changes
Engagement cleanup
Removal of delivered engagement
Changes to platform functionality

You accept that third-party platform decisions may affect service performance.

40. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control

BrandsofPanel will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These may include:

Major internet outages
Data-centre outages
Payment-network failures
Social media platform outages
API failures outside our systems
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
War or civil disruption
Cybersecurity incidents
Major provider interruptions
Other events that BrandsofPanel could not reasonably prevent

We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected operations when possible.

41. Changes to These Terms

BrandsofPanel may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary because of:

If you have a dispute with BrandsofPanel, we encourage you to contact customer support first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, it may be submitted to the competent court or dispute-resolution authority in the United Arab Emirates having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

43. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

44. No Waiver

If BrandsofPanel does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have permanently waived our right to enforce it later.

A waiver of one provision or one incident does not automatically constitute a waiver of another provision or future incident.

45. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, applicable service descriptions, and other policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of BrandsofPanel.

They replace previous versions of BrandsofPanel's general Terms and Conditions concerning the same subject matter once the updated version becomes effective.
